Feeling safe? by BaciuC Feeling safe? by BaciuC
19J protests in Madrid dissolved into riots turning the touristy area around Sol square into a surreal scene, where bystanders watched police chase protesters trough the tourist filled streets, shooting riot guns and tear gas .

Fascinating shot - there's something like a movie still atmosphere until you are drawn to the woman's expression.

As others said, you got the moment. Her expression is scared ad confused and speaks (one can almost hear her saying "what's happening, will it be safe?").

And, even if you didn't prepare it, the composition of the pic is great. The attention is caught at first by the lights and colours, where's the woman, than to the group of policemen.
Very well done!

Thank you very much, very kind words . I appreciate it very much
Sometimes it would be pretty convenient to have the police colaborating to set up a shot  but then it would not be in the same category :P

It was a strange moment, I guess the expression is what makes the pic.
